Nourish Cooking School
Nourish Cooking School was created by Dan Cheung as a way for others to explore food sustainability and discover how to cook with organic options. As they write in their mission statement, Nourish Cooking School isn’t about the quantity of the food made but the quality of it. Cooking classes at this school are around $100-$115 per person and dive into topics like ramen, hearty Italian food, and French cuisine. Students will learn not only interesting facts about the ingredients they are using in the dishes, but discover the importance of the flavors presented in the meals. Some unique things you’ll learn when attending a Nourish Cooking School class are how to make butter, creating the perfect pizza crust, and how to pickle vegetables. Courses are taught in both English and French and students have the option of attending a public or private class, most of which have a size limit of 10-15 people.
