My Place For Dinner Cooking School at Market Kitchen was founded by Debbie Diament, a chef who has taught at prestigious culinary schools around the world. Students can sign up to take either a scheduled hands-on class or one held at their home. The hands-on classes take place at Toronto’s Market Kitchen and teach everything from creating fresh pasta to rolling sushi. You’ll also learn crucial cooking techniques to ensure the meals turn out perfectly. These classes cost $120 and last around three hours. Students will also be given recipe books to take home so they can continue their culinary journey. If you prefer to learn new tricks in the kitchen, but in the comfort of your living space, Diament will bring everything necessary for a meal, including utensils, and arrive at your home to cook it with you. This class costs $120 and has a minimum requirement of eight people.
