Liaison College Oakville
Liaison College Oakville is thought to be one of the largest culinary schools in Canada and offers courses taught by many famous chefs, including a few of its own graduates. The college’s head chef, Mark Duncan, is a Red Seal Chef and will work alongside students as they begin their career. Liaison College Oakville’s degree programs include the Basic Cook Diploma, Chef De Cuisine Diploma, and Culinary Management Diploma. Classes will dive into the basics of cooking as well as subjects like bake theory, kitchen management, and food preparation. Classes are broken down into small numbers to help instructors fully guide each student in their journey. Those interested in possibly attending the college can attend one of the many campus tours held throughout the year before making a decision. Courses are typically held from spring to summer and fall to winter and have both morning and evening options. Program fees are priced around $7,245 per diploma.
