Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute
Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is one of the only Le Cordon Bleu campuses in Canada and is one of the most sought-after culinary arts schools in the world thanks to its intricate training with famous French chefs who hold the prestigious title of Un Des Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Numerous programs are available for students to earn a diploma in that include Cuisine, Pastry/Confectionery, Culinary Arts and Business, and the Grand Diplôme. Each class has a hands-on approach and is limited to only 15 students. There are required hours per week that students are expected to be in the kitchen and a few entry requirements, such as a high school diploma. Fees will vary depending on the program you sign up for but include the cost of learning materials, uniforms, and equipment.
