Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne
Established in 2015, Le Cordon Bleu Melbourne Culinary Arts Institute offers vocational training and higher education in the field of commercial cooking, patisserie, international hotel management, international restaurant management and gastronomy, in partnership with Holmesglen Institute, Moorabin Campus.
The most comprehensive of its programmes is the Grand Diplome®, an intensive internationally recognised programme in classic French culinary techniques, awarded after completing Basic, Intermediate and Superior certificates (for both cuisine and patisserie), and a Work Integrated Learning component.
In true Le Cordon Bleu fashion, the institute on the Moorabin campus also offers culinary workshops, which give home cooks, aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts hands-on opportunities to learn the techniques and skills to create professional dishes in the home environment
