Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide
As the first of the campuses in Australia, Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide was launched in 1992, initially offering an International Diploma of Hotel Management. Many more programmes and courses have been added since, offering a wide range of one- and two-day culinary classes for those with a passion for the art of cooking (beginners, gourmet enthusiasts or house party host), vocational training in the form 12-months courses, as well as higher education, both undergraduate and postgraduate, in commercial cooking, patisserie, international hotel management, international restaurant management and gastronomy.
The registered courses are provided in association with TAFE SA Regency International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies.
