Lambert Academy is owned by Lesi Lambert and helps students interested in the pastry arts learn important skills they need to create beautiful cakes and confectioneries. Lambert Academy offers in-studio classes that are led by Lambert and will instruct students how to decorate cakes with fondant and whip up the perfect buttercream frosting, the proper way to ice cookies, and how to paint edible colors. There are also a few classes geared toward kids that will teach them the basics of cake making. If you’re unable to attend a class in person, this academy also offers live online classes that allow you to work virtually with Lambert in real-time.
