La Cucina di Sandra
Opened in 2014, La Cucina di Sandra is all about rejoicing in the everyday and learning the art of eating and enjoying life the Italian way. Praised for several years as one of the top five in Melbourne, the Pasta classes or Italian Regional cooking classes “are a celebration of heritage and authenticity in Italian food with an emphasis on innovation, creativity and regionality”, as the founder herself puts it. The classes cater for 4-8 people and include a three-course meal, which have been prepared during the class.
