Food I Am
Food I Am is part cooking school and part private dining venue, allowing visitors to either roll up their sleeves and learn from the best chefs in the country, or to sit back and relax while the expert team prepares a culinary delight. In matters of cooking classes, it has a format for everyone – Hands on cooking class / Demonstration / Chefs table
In the hands-on classes, participants work together in small groups with the chef and their classmates to master each recipe. The range of topics puts an emphasis on Asian cooking, but is seasoned with highlights from international cuisine, like: Spanish Tapas and Paella, Italian pasta and long lunches, French cuisine and pastry; there are also some Junior Chef classes, where students get to roll up their sleeves and create tasty dishes that they will recreate at home.
