C'est Bon Cooking
Situated in Ottawa, C’est Bon Cooking first began as a small cooking company in 2009 but was later sold to current owners Georges Laurier and Stefanie Siska in 2016. Laurier and Siska have in-depth knowledge of the culinary arts thanks to years in the business. C’est Bon Cooking students will work in one of two kitchens that are filled with high-tech equipment and beautifully decorated seating areas. This cooking school offers a handful of classes that are taught in languages such as English, French, and Italian. Some classes available for students to sign up for include Pasta Making, Traditional Canadian Food, Eastern Mediterranean – Lebanese cuisine, Macarons, Sourdough Bread, and Knife Skills. C’est Bon Cooking also has courses designed specifically for teens and couples. There is also a customized class option that can be designed around your preferences in the kitchen. Classes range in their fees but most cost around $120 per person.
