Brompton Cookery School
At Brompton Cookery School the chefs teach in a way that inspires to experiment more, taste and create the most complicated dishes. With great facilities & a relaxed teaching style, participants are feeling inspired not just to cook the recipes but also to adapt the recipes they’ve learnt with all the tips and techniques they pick up throughout the day.
Most classes are full day, with some half-day classes being available, on simpler topics like stocks and sauces or tapas and canapes. Among the topics treated by their range of courses, true gems can be found, like foraging, butchery and curing meat and cooking game.
