Bhavana Cooking School
Part of the living philosophy of Bhavana Cooking School is that whole foods provide not only energy but are the healing source for so many facets of life. On the farmland where the cooking school is located, they grow organic produce, seasonal vegetables, herbs and fruit, that are foraged for, collected and used during the cooking courses.
Besides tailored bespoke and corporate classes, Bhavana also offers a small but diverse selection of cooking workshops, lasting 6-8 hours, which include harvesting, preparing, cooking and enjoying a beautiful lunch. Most of these are centered around health and wellbeing, covering subjects like “hormonal health”, “brain and heart health”, “spring cleanse”, “liver rescue”. But there are also workshops for slow-cooking or summer tapas, thus making full use of what the whole foods the organic farm has to offer.
