BBQ School was founded in 2004 by internationally trained chef and passionate foodie Ben Farley, with the aim of showing keen BBQ’ers how to prepare and confidently cook a collection of simple, effective and tasty recipes. The hands-on classes demonstrate the ease and versatility of what can be achieved when entertaining friends and cooking on the BBQ.
Classes include a popular American Smoking Class, a Beer & Smoke Class, a Beer & BBQ Class, which covers the full range of seafood, red meat and chicken paired with delicious craft beers tasters, separate BBQ Meat class, with a focus on Lamb, Beef & Chicken, and BBQ Seafood class, for everything underwater, and specialty classes like BBQ Tapas and BBQ Mexican, which focus on a mix of meats, spices and moreish bites.
