The founder of BakeClub, Anneka Manning is an author, food editor and cooking teacher, with 30 years’ experience. She specializes in teaching the ‘why’ behind the ‘how’ of baking, giving home cooks the know-how, understanding and skill to bake with confidence and success, every time.
The baking classes she offers range from basic foundations to more elaborate celebration cakes, from baking with sourdough to gluten free recipes. Due to these diverse range of classes, different formats are available: full-day workshops, 2 hours long demonstration-style masterclasses, kid’s workshops, a 14 days online Baking School and also the 6 months long “Make Me a Baker Program”, which is the only baking course of its kind available in Australia and comprises of a series of hands-on classes, workshops, online forums and at-home projects, covering the basics of baking but also the more challenging techniques as well.
