Australian International Culinary Services
Established in 2010, Australian Culinary Services is a Registered Training Organisation that specialises in assisting Hospitality staff without formal qualifications to have their workplace experience assessed. The assessment is being carried out through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process and can result in the provision of an accredited Australian qualification (AQF certification). The certificates currently being provided are of type III for Asian Cookery and Commercial Cookery, but certificates for more advanced skills and management are being prepared for the future.
The organisation also offers assistance for employers of migrant workers and trainee migrants, providing tailor-made training solutions, so as to meet the legal requirements and improve the skills of a company’s workforce.
