APCA offers both full-time and part-time courses for culinary students in its large facility. While here, students will learn important kitchen techniques and recipes from some of the top chefs in the world. APCA has nine state-of-the-art pastry kitchens and bakeries that are furnished with the best culinary equipment available. The courses last about nine months and tuition differs depending on the one you sign up for. In addition to professional diplomas, APCA has Master Class Workshops where students will learn how to make key ingredients and dishes like tapas, fresh bread, homemade butter, chicken herbal soup, ten zaru soba, and hummus. For those looking to quickly earn a certificate or degree, APCA offers a 24-Day Intensive Program where students will spend 24 days working hard to learn important skills in the pastry arts. This cooking school also hosts a few workshops throughout the year that touch on topics like chocolate and breadmaking.
