A Little Background

This would have to be one of my favourite ways of using squid ink. A lot of people out there are probably screwing their noses up at using squid ink, but why not be a little adventurous. There is actually very litle taste to squid ink although it does have a very slight salty flavour. Don't be scared to give this a go, it realy does look fantastic, and will surely impress.
