A Little Background
Mudcrab would have to be one of my favorite seafood dish's. To serve in a restaurant this dish looks absolutly sensational, unfortunatly there is no elegant way of eating a whole mudcrab. I do suggest that a bib, finger bowls & plenty of napkins be accompanied with this dish, it can get extremely messy!
