A Little Background
The great thing about this dish is that you don't have to spend a fortune on buying Lobster meat. Ask your local fish monger for some lobster shells, that way you will only have to purchase a small amount of meat. This is far more cost effective than buying a whole live lobster. If your fish monger doesn't have any lobster shells or very little, you can substitute Bug shells or Saltwater Crayfish shells. have a chat with your Fish Monger, they will be able to steer you on the right path.
