Mango and Champagne Oysters

A Little Background

These little beauties are always a hit on a hot summers day, just make sure you give them a good wash to remove any grit and bits of shell. Place them on a large platter, spoon a little of the mango mix onto each of the oysters, then drizzle with the champange.

Choose a good Champagne, because at the end of the day if you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it.
