A Little Background
I accidently stummbled across the method in which I cook all of my brulee's. It was pure chance, I will never look back. Over the years I have taught many chef's how to cook brulee's my way and after a brief description, I was always told "That can't work", alas after the brulee's were cooked and set, every chef that has seen this "fool Proof Recipe" has commented that it is simply the creamiest, smoothest brulee they have ever consumed.
