Grape Varietal Wine Tasting
A grape varietal wine tasting is a fun activity and can easily be held with layman wine appreciating poeple.
In this type of wine tasting there are no specific rules, with the exception that all wines tasted are to be of the same grape variety. A Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay or Zinfandel wine tasting for example, could be held with wines from a certain region, country or even with wines from all over the world.
Grape varietal tastings let the taster appreciate the differences of wines produced in different vintages, different regions or different continents and compare them to each other.
